Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment: Drafting job requisitions, sourcing candidates, screening, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and onboarding.
- Workforce planning: Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, compensation ranges, and timelines.
- Candidate sourcing: Using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, employee referrals, and industry events to reach active and passive candidates.
- Screening & assessment: Conducting structured interviews, evaluating competencies, and providing written assessments.
- Employer branding: Representing the organization at job fairs, recruitment events, and online platforms.
- Recruitment analytics: Tracking time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and pipeline efficiency to improve hiring outcomes.
