Role & responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the Floor Coating product portfolio within the assigned territory.
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities in industrial, commercial, institutional and infrastructure projects.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with architects, consultants, PMC (Project Management Consultants), contractors, applicators, industrial customers, builders and key decision-makers.
- Generate specifications for epoxy, polyurethane (PU), ESD and other floor coating systems in upcoming projects.
- Track ongoing and upcoming projects to maximize sales opportunities and ensure timely order conversion.
- Conduct product presentations, technical seminars, site demonstrations, and applicator training programs to promote Floor Coating solutions.
- Coordinate with distributors, dealers, and channel partners to ensure product availability and market coverage.
- Work closely with the Technical Services team to support site inspections, product trials, application guidance, and successful project execution.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals,



negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and finalize sales orders.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing strategies, and customer requirements, providing regular market intelligence.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables from customers and channel partners.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide effective after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, project pipelines, customer visit reports, and CRM/MIS records.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Identify and appoint new dealers, applicators, and channel partners to expand market presence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations while executing projects.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet customers, monitor project progress, and achieve business objectives.
