Position Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP) - Head Office

Job Purpose

The HRBP is responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HR policy development, ensuring a positive and efficient workplace experience.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Recruitment Onboarding

- Manage job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and support onboarding for new hires.
- Work closely with hiring managers to meet talent needs.

- Employee Relations

- Act as a key resource for employees, addressing queries on HR policies.
- Support resolution of employee conflicts, ensuring fair treatment.

- Compensation Benefits Administration

- Oversee benefits administration, support payroll, and assist with internal equity in compensation practices.

- HR Policy Compliance

- Ensure adherence to employment laws, maintain HR policies, and organize employee records.

- HR Reporting Administration





- Generate HR metrics and maintain data accuracy within HR systems, supporting business insights.

- Payroll Administration

- Oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
- Act as a main contact for payroll inquiries and drive improvements for efficiency.

Technical and Behavioral Skills

- Proficiency in payroll systems and HRIS (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP).
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and labor standards.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship-building and communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
