Solutions & Practice, Delivery lead (F&A;) AI powered Business Process Services

LTM (a technology services innovator and leader) has a unique and exciting prospect to join and accelerate the growth of our AI Business Process & Transformation Services called Platform Operations. Business Process services is a newer service line in LTM leveraging the company’s technology platforms, client delivery, and partnerships to deliver next gen level business operations through a disruptive, transformative, technology-platform first operating model – essentially to deliver the promise of AI.

Business Process services (BPS) focus on both enterprise-wide processes (Customer Experience, Marketing Operations, Finance and Accounting, Human Resources Operations and Supply chain & Procurement) as well industry-specific solutions such as banking and financial services, insurance, healthcare, retail, travel & hospitality, retail, engineering and construction, communications, and technology. We work with LTM clients in these industries (Global 1000), as well as mid-market firms to bring high value BPS solutions.

Role and Responsibilities – Location – Kolkata - India

Reporting to BPS Head of Solutions / Practice, Solutions and Practice Lead for F&A; domain will spearhead the Finance & Accounting (F&A;) practice within the BPO services portfolio, driving innovation, transformation, and client success. This leader will combine deep F&A; domain expertise with cutting-edge knowledge of AI and Agentic AI to reimagine processes, deliver next-generation solutions, and position the organization as a thought leader in intelligent finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Practice Leadership:

- Define and evolve the F&A; BPO practice vision,



strategy, and roadmap.
- Champion AI-driven reimagination of finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, FP&A;).
- Establish frameworks for Agentic AI adoption across finance operations.

Delivery Leadership:

- Strong work experience with Service delivery fundamentals
- Experience in Transition of work from client / incumbent vendors
- Ability to setup & scale processes
- Manage 50+ member teams
- Set Metrics and implement continuous transformation roadmap
- Instill Governance and Win CSAT

Solution Design & Innovation:

- Architect end-to-end F&A; solutions leveraging AI, automation, analytics, and digital platforms.
- Develop reusable solution assets, accelerators, and industry-specific playbooks.
- Partner with product and technology teams to embed generative AI and agent-based automation into offerings.

Client Engagement & Advisory:

- Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs and finance leaders on digital finance transformation.
- Lead solution workshops, design thinking sessions, and transformation roadmaps.
- Drive business case development and ROI modeling for AI-enabled F&A; solutions.

Thought Leadership:

- Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and analyst briefings.
- Build strategic partnerships with technology providers and ecosystem players.





Required Skills and Experience:

- 12–15 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting operations, HRO (addl), Sourcing/Procurement (addl) transformation, and outsourcing.
- Deep knowledge of F&A; processes across industries (manufacturing, retail, BFSI, healthcare, etc.).
- Proven track record in leveraging AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI for finance transformation
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and digital finance platforms
- Experience in automation (RPA, IPA), analytics, and AI-driven decision support.
- Executive presence with ability to influence CXO-level stakeholders.
- Strong solutioning, consulting, and storytelling capabilities.
- Experience in building and leading global practices or large transformation programs
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to articulate complex solutions in a simple, compelling manner

Educational Qualification & Certifications:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or equivalent; Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Cost Accountant.
- Six Sigma / Design thinking / Lean practitioner is added advantage
- ERP certifications (SAP FI/CO, Oracle Financials, Workday Finance) – preferred
- Advanced studies in AI, Data Science, or Digital Transformation (from reputed institutions) (preferred)
- AI/ML certifications from leading platforms (Microsoft, Google, AWS, or equivalent) (preferred)
- Agentic AI / Generative AI specialization courses (preferred)
