Position: Telemarketing Executive
Salary Range: INR 15,000 30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to new prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services professionally.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records in Excel.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Prepare daily call reports and performance updates.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good English and local language communication skills with good convincing skill.
- Robust persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
