Note: This is a 100% Recruitment role. HR Operations experience is not required for this position.

Job Location- Rash Behari Avenue (Kalighat), Kolkata

Work from Office- 5 Days

CTC - Max 3 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT / white-collar positions (PAN India - Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Solar EV, etc.)

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Schedule and manage interview processes
- Experience in handling mid-level hiring is an advantage
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.




- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines

Required Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Positive understanding of white-collar hiring (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc.)
- Negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment or Staffing
