About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented CSR Executive with proven experience in raising CSR funds from corporates and building long-term partnerships with CSR decision-makers. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of CSR regulations, corporate giving strategies, and the ability to identify, approach, and convert corporate prospects into funding partners.

The role involves working closely with corporates, PSUs, and government organizations to facilitate CSR-funded projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach corporates with active CSR programs across India.
- Build relationships with CSR Heads, ESG teams, Foundation Directors, and senior corporate stakeholders.
- Generate CSR funding opportunities for healthcare and other social impact initiatives.
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to achieve monthly and annual funding targets.
- Prepare compelling proposals, concept notes, presentations, and partnership documents.
- Coordinate with NGOs, hospitals, government institutions, and internal teams to develop CSR projects aligned with corporate priorities.
- Manage the complete CSR fundraising lifecycle - from lead generation and meetings to proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.




- Maintain a database of CSR opportunities, corporate contacts, funding pipelines, and project status.
- Represent the organization at CSR forums, conferences, networking events, and industry meetings.
- Stay updated on CSR regulations, Schedule VII activities, ESG trends, and corporate philanthropy.

Required Qualifications

- 2-7 years of experience in CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, business development, or donor relations.
- Demonstrated success in securing CSR funding from corporates.
- Strong network within CSR departments, corporate foundations, or sustainability teams will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working with CSR consulting firms, NGOs, healthcare organizations, or social enterprises.
- Understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 CSR provisions and CSR compliance.
- Experience in healthcare CSR projects will be highly preferred.
