Sales Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective customers through calls, emails, social media, and other outreach channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within company guidelines.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
- Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support cases.
