TCG Digital is looking for Data Architect for Kolkata Location.

Justification for the vacancy:

We are looking for an experienced data architect to join our team. Being the part of the Architecture team, this role will design solutions & standards for our data management and storage platforms using various methods to build store and use large volume of data to implement various customer use cases. The objective is to ingest & visualize insights and gather critical analytics from the data so that, intelligent AI based data systems can be implemented from them. The role will guide and mentor our teams to implement large scale distributed data storage platforms.

To succeed in this data architect position, the person should have strong analytical skills and the ability to store & retrieve data from different sources. Data architect skills also include familiarity with several scripting languages, knowledge of analytics tools & visualization tools and very robust documentation skills.

Essential Skills:

- Excellent communication skills (for effective communication with stakeholders) & analytical skills
- Strong experience in Data Modelling (ERD etc.)
- Must have proven experience in RDBMS, No-SQL databases & distributed file systems (AWS S3, HDFS, MinIO, Kubernetes NFS etc.) for at least 5 years
- Implemented database cluster and sizing for the same based on large volume of data
- Hands-on experience in shell, python scripting, query tuning & database performance tuning.
- Experienced in Agile Methodology,



Project Planning & Task allocation to the team members
- Should be able to estimate the effort for projects & deliver customer projects with ownership.
- Implemented & managed Big Data distributed database clusters e.g., Elasticsearch & MongoDB etc.
- Experienced in data analytics, data warehouses, data engineering, data science and data visualization.
- Desirable experience in Cloud based data storage solutions e.g. AWS RDS, DynamoDB, GCP BigQuery etc.)
- Desirable experience in Data Lakes, Data Engineering, Data Management, ETL (Pentaho, Talend etc.) , Analytics, Machine Learning & AI technologies.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
- Nice to pre-sales experience.

Experience Required:

58 Years, with a minimum of 2 years hand-on experience in Agentic-AI/LLM Production Systems

Role & responsibilities:

- Design, build, and operate the agentic core platform (MCP server integrations, agent orchestration layer, Agent Store registry)
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for agent deployment, versioning, and rollback
- Implement agent evaluation frameworks: output quality metrics, drift detection, guardrail enforcement
- Integrate BAmF toolchain with SDLC tooling (Jira, SharePoint, D365)
- Conduct R&D; evaluation of new agentic frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.) and produce structured adoption recommendations
- Maintain platform SLA for all active pod-agent interactions; resolve P1/P2 platform failures within SLA
- Deposit platform architecture patterns and integration templates at each major release
