We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Recruiters with experience in ITES Hiring, Financial Hiring, and BPO Hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and social media
- Screen, shortlist, and conduct preliminary interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Negotiate salary and ensure smooth offer roll-out
- Maintain recruitment database and trackers

- Any Graduate/ Post Graduate interested in HR Recruitment can apply.

- Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Hardcore Recruitment.

- Experience in ITES/ Financial / BPO hiring (any one or multiple domains)

- Robust knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously.

- Target-driven and self-motivated.
