Achieve sales targets through customer acquisition, account development and expansion within existing corporate accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, channel partners and key stakeholders.
Schedule and conduct regular customer meetings to strengthen engagement and identify business opportunities.
Promote and demonstrate the companys surgical product portfolio to healthcare professionals and institutional customers.
Develop business within existing accounts while identifying opportunities to introduce recent products and solutions.
Prepare and deliver product presentations to support customer awareness and product adoption.
Negotiate commercial terms, prepare quotations and support order closures to achieve sales objectives.
Maintain regular interactions with channel partners to ensure business growth and service excellence.
Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely support and ensure customer satisfaction.




Execute product promotion activities and support marketing initiatives within the assigned territory.
Monitor market trends, customer feedback and competitive activities to support business planning and strategy.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, expenses and claims through company systems and mobile applications.
Review sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
Execute territory coverage plans to ensure effective customer engagement and optimal market coverage.

; Qualifications
Science graduate.
3+ years of experience in Medical Device, Healthcare or Surgical Product Sales.
