Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter who possesses excellent end-to-end recruitment skills with strong expertise in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in sourcing, screening, and managing recruitment activities through ATS (preferably Ceipal ATS) while delivering quality candidates within defined timelines.
This role demands someone who is technology-driven, process-oriented, and capable of handling multiple requirements simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
- Handle complete recruitment life cycle from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.
- Understand Job Descriptions thoroughly before initiating sourcing.
- Develop sourcing strategies based on client requirements.
- Build talent pipelines for recurring positions.
ATS Management (Mandatory)
- Complete recruitment activities must be performed through ATS (Preferably Ceipal).
- Create and manage Job Requisitions in ATS.
- Parse and upload resumes accurately.
- Maintain candidate records with complete information.
- Track candidate movement through each recruitment stage.
- Schedule interviews through ATS.
- Update recruiter notes, candidate feedback, interview status, offer status, and joining status.
- Generate recruiter activity reports and recruitment dashboards.
- Maintain database hygiene by removing duplicates and updating profiles regularly.
Candidate Sourcing
Source candidates through multiple channels including:
- Review resumes against Job Descriptions.
- Conduct HR screening interviews.
- Evaluate technical, behavioural, communication, and cultural fit.
- Validate employment history, notice period, CTC, expected salary, and location preferences.
- Present shortlisted candidates with detailed recruiter assessments.
