About the Company

We are a leading healthcare and retail organization expanding our pharmacy and wellness network across India. We are looking for energetic professionals to identify new business opportunities and support franchise expansion.

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new franchise opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Search and finalize retail locations for new stores.
- Coordinate property evaluation, leasing, and documentation.
- Build relationships with property owners, brokers, and franchise partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams for store launch and expansion activities.
- Maintain expansion reports and MIS.

Required Skills

- Experience in Franchise Expansion, Retail Expansion, Site Acquisition, Leasing, or Property Acquisition.
- Valuable negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of retail or healthcare expansion processes.




- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.

Preferred Background

Experience from Pharmacy, Healthcare, Diagnostics, Hospitals, Clinics, Wellness, Retail, or FMCG organizations.
