Role & responsibilities

- Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Floor Coating business across the assigned region.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor Territory Sales Managers and Sales Executives to maximize sales performance and productivity.
- Develop business in industrial, commercial, institutional, healthcare, pharmaceutical, warehousing, manufacturing, automotive, food processing, and infrastructure segments.
- Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, Project Management Consultants (PMCs), EPC contractors, builders, developers, industrial customers, and government organizations.
- Drive specification generation and conversion for epoxy, polyurethane (PU), ESD, self-leveling, and specialty floor coating systems.
- Identify, track, and convert major project opportunities by maintaining a robust project pipeline.
- Develop and strengthen dealer, distributor, and applicator networks to increase market penetration and improve customer reach.
- Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations, seminars, and product demonstrations to promote Floor Coating solutions.




- Collaborate with the Technical Services team to ensure successful site inspections, product trials, application support, and project execution.
- Prepare business plans, sales forecasts, and territory development strategies to achieve sustainable business growth.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, recent product launches, and market developments, providing regular market intelligence.
- Ensure timely order execution, payment collections, and effective receivables management.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective after-sales support.
- Review sales performance, coach team members, and implement corrective actions to improve business outcomes.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Technical Services, Finance, and Marketing teams for seamless project execution and customer support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Travel extensively within the assigned region to manage customers, support the sales team, and drive business expansion.
