Job Summary-

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Agentic AI & LLM Technical Lead with deep expertise in developing and deploying intelligent systems using cutting-edge AI technologies, Python, and modern API frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Agentic AI workflows, machine learning, LLM integrations, and end-to-end backend development using Flask, along with robust DevOps practices, guiding a team, and driving innovation in AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of Agentic AI solutions, integrating LLMs, tools, and memory modules for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Architect and build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python and Flask.
- Implement and optimize machine learning pipelines, LLM fine-tuning or prompt engineering strategies for various NLP tasks.
- Model packaging, inference optimization, metrics, guardrails.
- Design data models and manage relational and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL and Cosmos DB.
- Ensure robust version control and collaboration using Git/GitHub, including branching strategies and code reviews.
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring using GitHub Actions or similar tools.




- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, ensure alignment with business goals.
- Ensure end-to-end delivery of scalable, maintainable AI systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and AI developers.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices.

Required Skills:

- Proven expertise in Agentic AI systems, LLMs, and OpenAI tools.
- Strong background in ML & NLP.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python.
- Excellent problem-solving and team leadership skills.
- Building inference services (transformers, sentence embeddings), RAG with vector stores (FAISS/PGVector), and simple fine-tuning or model evaluation.
- Proficient in managing code versioning, branching strategies, and deployment using Git. Experienced with tools like GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket for CI/CD pipelines and team-oriented development.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile environments.
- Skilled in designing and executing automated test cases using tools like Selenium, pytest, Cypress.
- Proficient in RDMS(PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Experience in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
