Role & responsibilities:

We are looking for a CCTV Support Executive to manage, monitor, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IP-based CCTV configuration, remote monitoring, and resolving network connectivity issues related to static IP environments.

- Configure and install IP-based CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.
- Perform remote CCTV configuration and troubleshooting using IP addresses.
- Monitor CCTV systems across multiple locations and ensure uninterrupted surveillance.
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues related to static IP and remote access.
- Configure and maintain remote viewing access for CCTV systems.
- Coordinate with internet service providers (ISPs) and vendors to resolve network-related issues.
- Perform routine health checks and preventive maintenance of CCTV systems.
- Maintain documentation of CCTV configurations, IP mappings, and system updates.
- Provide technical support to users and ensure timely resolution of CCTV-related issues.
