Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.

- Oversee administrative tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and record-keeping.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a protected working environment.

- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for various projects.

- Monitor facility performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- - Responsible for the smooth operation of site. Day to day complaint receive & rectification. • Managed a Team of 38 employees including Help desk executive, Housekeeping supervisor, Electrician,HVAC operator, BMS operator,Plumber, Carpenter & Security performing all functions of operation & maintenance activities. • Execute all In-house& AMC partner preventive & break down maintenance activities of the equipments. • Attend all compliances, audit and Vendor management as per the site requirement.



• Conducted trainings & briefing to all staffs to ensure smooth operation. • Prepare all essential reports i.z. Daily work progress report, Daily health report, Complaint tracker, Daily management report, Monthly management report, Duty roster& Equipments history card for the site. • Budget plan for Infra improvement & fixing up a targeted date for completition. • Responsible for issue & collect CAM charges for the site in regular basis. Supervises all the operation & maintenance activities of the following equipments 1. Transformer 2. Dgset 3. HVACsystems 4. Electricalpanels-AMF,MCCpanel& capacitorbank 5. Troubleshootinginautomation panelbyreadingalltechnical drawingsSLD,Control &Power; 6. SwitchgearslikeACB, MCCB,MCB,RCCB,Relay&timer; 7. Firefightingsystems&IBMS; 8. Plumbing 9. Lift 10. STP(MBBR),WTP &Swimming; pool
