Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive with a Civil Engineering background to promote the company's products and services in the construction and infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate should possess robust communication and marketing skills along with sound technical knowledge of civil engineering to effectively engage with clients, consultants, contractors, builders, architects, and government departments.

Educational Qualification

- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience

- 1-5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development within the civil engineering, construction, building materials, infrastructure, or related industry.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in technical marketing may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and government agencies.
- Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender-related documentation in coordination with the technical team.




- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging industry trends.
- Visit project sites and client offices to understand project requirements and provide technical support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain customer records and prepare periodic sales and marketing reports.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of civil engineering concepts and construction practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and explain them to customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
