Job Summary

We are hiring enthusiastic ERP Consultant Trainees / Junior ERP Consultants to join our team in Kolkata.

In this role, you will be trained to assist in full-cycle ERP implementations, client requirement gathering, user training, and data management.

This position is ideal for Commerce graduates (B.Com / M.Com / CMA) or candidates with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in accounting, Tally, or ERP support eager to build a career in software consulting.

Key Responsibilities

- ERP Implementation & Client Support: Assist senior consultants in requirement gathering, workflow
- mapping, system configuration, and user training.
- Onsite Travel & Deployments: Visit client offices across India or internationally as required during project
- implementation phases.
- Data Cleaning & Migration: Prepare, format, and structure master accounting data (Accounts, Vendors,
- Customers, Stock) using Advanced MS Excel for ERP migration.
- Process Mapping:



Map accounting workflows, purchase/sales cycles, and stock movements into the ERP
- system.
- Testing & Documentation: Perform functional testing of reports/modules and prepare user training
- manuals (SOPs).

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Education (Preferred): B.Com / M.Com / Cost Accountant (CMA) or pursuing CA/CMA Inter.
- Core Technical Skills: Strong mastery of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Formatting).
- Added Advantage: Familiarity with accounting tools like Tally Prime, BUSY, Zoho Books, SAP
- Business One (SAP B1), or ERPNext.
- Experience: Freshers with solid accounting knowledge OR 1-2 years of accounting/ERP support
- experience.
- Mobility: Must be ready to travel to customer locations across India or abroad during
- implementation projects.
