Role & responsibilities :

-Implement minor change request and bug fix for ServiceNow ITAM

customized screen and dashboard based on OOTB

-Manage and support ITAM processes including Hardware Asset

Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and CMDB

data integrity

-Implement minor change request and bug fix for ServiceNow ITSM

(Incident Management) customized screen and configuration based on

OOTB

-Maintain documentation for operational procedures, configuration

standards, and support workflows.

-Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Business policy maker at

HQ, IT Operations at IT division) to ensure alignment between platform

capabilities and business processes.

Preferred candidate profile :

- 4 to 8 years of experience in ServiceNow platform implementation, with at least 2 years in ITAM modules. Solid understanding of ITIL, project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), and asset lifecycle processes.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow App Engine, Flow Designer, and Performance Analytics.
- Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Rest API) and ServiceNow configuration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
