Job Description

Sourcedesk Global is seeking a skilled Online bidder to become a part of our sales and marketing team , responsible for the following tasks and duties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing client relationships across various online platforms .

Requirements

Role & responsibilities

- Manage online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and others to secure current business opportunities .
- Develop and execute strategies to generate business for a diverse range of digital services.
- Engage in lead generation, client outreach, proposal drafting, negotiations, and follow-ups, collaborating closely with the technical team to ensure project alignment.
- Create impactful business proposals, presentations, and other client-facing documents.
- Analyze client challenges and provide effective solutions to address business needs.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience in sales related to Digital Marketing ,Web and Mobile App Development projects is highly desirable .




- Strong understanding of IT services and background in sales or marketing is an advantage.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to manage client interactions, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Capability to create persuasive presentations and project proposals for client demonstrations.
