Requirements Gathering & Workshop Facilitation

- Lead structured requirement gathering sessions with external client teams across business and IT stakeholders.
- Design and run discovery and design thinking workshops problem framing, journey mapping, requirements prioritization — from preparation through output documentation.
- Translate outputs into functional specifications, user stories, data requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain full requirements traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.

UX & Mockup-Driven Requirements

- Produce UX wireframes and low-to-mid fidelity mockups using AI-assisted tools (Figma AI, Uizard, Galileo, or equivalent) to validate requirements visually before development.
- Use visual artifacts as a formal sign-off mechanism with client stakeholders to reduce downstream ambiguity.

Quality and UAT Management & Scope Defense

- Own QA and UAT planning, test scenario definition, execution coordination, defect triage, and sign-off.
- Verify/Validate and then Defend functional and data scope decisions in UAT — document rationale, reject out-of-scope defects with evidence, escalate legitimate gaps.
- Maintain requirements and UAT artifacts in JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
