Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage branch sales performance, including cross-selling and upselling of bank products to customers.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention.

- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive retail banking landscape.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years of experience in Retail Branch Banking or related field (Casa).

- Robust understanding of Retail Liabilities, Third Party Products, and Liabilities management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective relationship-building with clients.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
