Head - International E - Commerce Seller Operations

Role Summary

The candidate will lead the day-to-day e-commerce seller operations function, with responsibility for USA voice and email escalations, Amazon marketplace order handling, SKU/order/inventory tracking, returns coordination, team supervision, daily reporting, and process discipline. The role requires strong e-commerce selling experience on Amazon, along with excellent Excel skills, logical thinking, ownership mindset, and the ability to manage a team in a structured operating workplace.

Key Responsibilities

1. USA Voice & Email Escalation Handling

- Handle escalated vendor issues over voice and email for USA vendor.
- Maintain turnaround time and quality standards for vendor communication.

Marketplace / Amazon Operations

- Work on Amazon marketplace seller panels.
- Understand listings, SKUs, POs, order reports, inventory status, tracking updates, return claims, refunds, chargebacks, and account health issues.
- Track marketplace escalations and unresolved tickets.

Education & Experience

- Graduate candidate
- 5+ years of experience in international e-commerce

Salary

- 16 - 20 LPA

- 2.00 pm to 12.00 am Mon-Fri
- Rash Behari Avenue, Gariahat, Kolkata
