Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing corporate agency and broking partners to drive business growth and improve retention.
- Identify and acquire recent business opportunities through alternate distribution channels, including corporate agents and brokers.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue generation from the existing client and partner base.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as underwriting, operations, claims, and customer service to ensure timely resolution of partner and customer queries.
- Provide excellent service support to partners and customers to maintain high satisfaction levels and long-term engagement.
- Drive sales targets by promoting life insurance products and solutions through the CAB channel.
- Conduct regular partner meetings, training sessions,



and business reviews to enhance productivity and channel performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
- Experience in Life Insurance / BFSI sector preferred
- Experience in Corporate Agency or Broking channel will be an added advantage
