Position Summary

The Manager Finance Analytics & Commercial Finance will play a critical role in managing financial reporting, business analytics, budgeting, commercial finance, and statutory accounting for the Trading Division. The incumbent will be responsible for finalization of accounts at both factory/trading operations and corporate level while building AI-driven financial dashboards and business insights using Power BI and other analytical tools

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounts

- Finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
- Preparation of Financial Statements.
- Ensure timely closure of books for both Factory/Trading Operations and Corporate Office.
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.
- Review General Ledger, provisions, accruals, reconciliations, and accounting controls.
- Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards, GST, and statutory requirements.

Finance Analytics & Business Intelligence

- Develop and maintain advanced MIS and business dashboards using Power BI.
- Utilize AI-based Finance Analytics tools to automate reporting and generate business insights.
- Perform profitability analysis by product, customer, region, and sales channel.
- Build financial models for forecasting and business planning.
- Present analytical reports to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Commercial Finance

- Analyze procurement costs from third-party manufacturing partners.
- Evaluate vendor pricing,



conversion costs, logistics costs, and gross margins.
- Support commercial negotiations through financial analysis.
- Monitor inventory valuation, working capital, and business profitability.

Planning & Budgeting

- Prepare Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Conduct monthly forecasting and variance analysis.
- Monitor departmental budgets.
- Prepare rolling forecasts and business projections.

Business Partnering

- Work closely with Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Partners, and Senior Management.
- Provide financial insights for pricing decisions, business expansion, and profitability improvement.
- Develop KPI dashboards for business performance monitoring.

Digital Transformation

- Drive finance process automation.
- Improve reporting efficiency using AI tools.
- Develop Power BI dashboards for management reporting.
- Support ERP-based digital finance initiatives.
