Alex Interiors is a leading turnkey interior fit-out company specializing in corporate offices, banks, NBFCs, insurance offices, retail outlets, and commercial interior projects across India.

We are looking for a creative, technically sound, and passionate Interior 2D, 3D Designer / Visualizer with strong visualization skills and working knowledge of 2D drawings.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare high-quality 2D models and realistic interior renderings for commercial and corporate projects.

Convert 2D floor plans into professional 3D visualizations.

Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements.

Prepare presentation drawings for client approvals.

Prepare and modify Floor Plans.

Prepare Wall Elevation Drawings.

Prepare Floor Elevation & Flooring Layout Drawings.

Prepare False Ceiling Layouts.

Prepare Furniture Layouts.

Prepare Electrical Layouts.

Prepare Basic Working & Execution Drawings.

Prepare free-hand sketch concepts whenever required for design discussions.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Clients.

Visit project sites for measurements whenever required.

Revise designs based on client feedback and site conditions.

Ensure drawings and designs are completed within project deadlines.

Mandatory Skills

The candidate must have strong experience in 3D designing and visualization.

Must be proficient in:

SketchUp

V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion

AutoCAD

Adobe Photoshop

Must have experience in preparing:

2D, 3D Interior Designs

Floor Plans

Wall Elevation Drawings

Floor Elevation Drawings

Furniture Layouts

Ceiling Layouts

Basic Electrical Layouts

Candidate Profile

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

2 - 7 years of experience in Interior Designing.

Experience in commercial office, banking, retail, hospitality, or corporate interiors will be preferred.

Strong portfolio showcasing 2D, 3D designs, renderings, wall elevations, and working drawings.

Good understanding of furniture detailing, materials, lighting, and interior finishes.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
