About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and technology-driven Fashion Designer to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy combining fashion design with modern digital technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to create innovative, trend-forward collections. You will work closely with designers, clients, and business teams to develop concepts, prepare presentations, and deliver creative solutions for leading fashion brands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in end-to-end fashion design development, including market research, concept creation, sketching, sampling, and collection development.
- Research seasonal trends, fabrics, trims, colors, silhouettes, and market demands.
- Develop original fashion graphics, placement prints, and artworks using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and AI-powered design tools.
- Prepare mood boards, tech packs, design presentations, and product documentation.
- Present design concepts confidently during internal discussions and client meetings.
- Collaborate with design and business development teams to create customized fashion solutions.
- Maintain organized documentation of design files, client briefs, samples, and development processes.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, MNML, Magnific, Grok, and similar platforms for concept generation, trend forecasting, image enhancement, and creative ideation.




- Stay updated with emerging fashion trends, AI technologies, and digital design workflows.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Technology, Textile Design, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of fashion design fundamentals for Western & Indian Menswear and Womenswear.
- Good knowledge of fabrics, silhouettes, garment construction, fitting, and styling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of Canva or Procreate.
- Understanding of placement prints, mood boards, concept creation, and tech packs.
- Awareness of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

What We're Looking For:

- Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in Fashion Design or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Skilled, confident, and self-motivated personality.
- Sharp memory and organizational skills to manage multiple sample revisions, client feedback, and design changes simultaneously.
- Punctual, deadline-oriented,



and capable of working within production timelines.
- High professional integrity with respect to company policies, intellectual property, confidential client information, and brand guidelines.
- Passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.

Additional Preferences (Good to Have):

- Knowledge of CLO 3D or 3D garment visualization.
- Exposure to AI-assisted creative tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, MNML, Magnific, Grok, and similar platforms.
- Interest in digital fashion, AI-assisted workflows, and emerging fashion technologies.
- Understanding of fashion styling, garment visualization, and AI-powered content creation.
