We are looking for passionate, result-oriented freelance recruiters. You should be able to manage the full recruitment cycle on your own and deliver quality closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Understand client requirements and prepare sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, personal databases, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Assess candidates for technical and behavioral fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Ensure timely interview scheduling and follow-up.
- Negotiate salary and manage the offer roll-out.
- Follow up with candidates until they successfully join.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and share regular status updates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database for future hiring.

Who We Are Looking For

Eligibility

- Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience across multiple industries and functions is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Must have worked in sourcing profiles for either of these sectors in India - FMCG. NBFC, BFSI, Manufacturing, Infra, Pharma, TIC





Preferred Skills

- Robust sourcing skills on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media, and referral networks.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions at the same time.
- Good time management and a strong sense of ownership.

This is a fully remote freelance role. You must arrange your own:

- Job portal access
- Social media and professional network access
- Internet connection
- Laptop or computer
- Mobile phone

ProHR Strategies Pvt. Ltd. will assign job requirements and provide recruitment guidance as needed.

Compensation

This is a performance-based freelance role.

- Initial engagement: 3 months.
- Payout: 4% to 10% of the recruitment fee earned by ProHR Strategies Pvt. Ltd. for each successful closure. The exact percentage depends on role complexity, client billing, and your individual performance.
- Payment is released only after the candidate joins and the client clears the applicable payment terms.

Performance Review & Growth Path

Your performance will be reviewed after the first 3 months. If you show consistent closures, quality hiring, professionalism, and strong client satisfaction, you may be considered for a long-term association or confirmation with ProHR Strategies Pvt. Ltd. This is subject to business needs.
