Eligibility

- 6 Months to 2 Years of exp (Australian Energy Sales preferred).
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable working in a fixed morning shift.

- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound sales calls to residential and business customers in Australia.
- Understand customer energy requirements and recommend suitable electricity and gas plans.
- Explain pricing, offers, and product benefits effectively.
- Handle customer objections professionally and confidently.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders and Quality Analysts to improve performance.
