Role Overview

This is a supervisory role focused on leadership, territory management, and team performance to drive business growth in the assigned region.

Reporting To

Regional Sales Manager (RSM) / Zonal Head

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Lead, train, motivate, and manage a team of Medical Representatives (MRs) to ensure high performance and target achievement.

- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies for the assigned territory.

- Performance Management: Conduct regular field work with MRs (co-travels), evaluate performance, and provide feedback and coaching.

- Distribution Management: Maintain solid relationships with stockists and distributors to ensure product availability and proper inventory levels.

- Budgeting: Manage promotional budgets for doctor meetings, CMEs, and other marketing activities.

- Recruitment:



Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new Medical Representatives within the territory.

Qualifications Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree (B.Sc., B.Pharm., or equivalent). MBA in Sales/Marketing is a strong advantage.

- Experience: Minimum 35 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, including at least 12 years in a supervisory or team-leading role.

- Skills:

- Proven leadership and team-building abilities.

- Strong analytical and forecasting skills.

- Excellent territory and people management capabilities.

- In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics.
