Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, tele sales, and customer relationship management, International Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospective customers through cold calling, coordinating with distributors, and supporting both domestic and international sales operations to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business opportunities through cold calling, tele sales, Online sales, email outreach, and lead follow-ups.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate with domestic and international customers, responding promptly to sales inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Support the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation.




- Process customer orders and coordinate with internal teams for timely execution and delivery.
- Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate customer, distributor, and sales records in CRM/ERP systems.
- Assist in achieving sales targets through effective customer engagement and business development initiatives.
- Provide regular sales updates, market feedback, and competitor insights to the management team.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Tele Sales, Sales Coordination, International Sales, or Business Development.
- Hands-on experience in cold calling, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Experience in managing distributor/channel partner relationships is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer handling and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a target-driven environment
