Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Total work experience 4 -12 Years
- Procurement knowledge of category , CI casting , Forging ,Fabrication ,Bearing
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies
- Negotiate contracts and prices
- Manage supplier relationships
- Monitor supplier performance
- Analyze data and market trends
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Oversee compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards, particularly for ethical sourcing roles.
- Dealing with Bearing OEM
- Experience of zero base costing
- Exposer to develop new suppliers to meet cost saving & reduce lead time
- Good follow-up skills to bring on-time material
- Ensure correct price to be processed as per rate weight chart.




- Daily Material inward MIS
- Analysis & Strategy to achieve cost & on time delivery
- Co-ordinating with internal team to line the required material against rejection
- Maintaining data with compliance to audit needs

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external team.
- Should have command over language to handle different type of supplier.
- Valuable SAP knowledge
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Should have presentation skills
- Must be able to meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- Mechanical / Auto mobile - BE degree is must
