We are looking for a sharp, proactive Accounts Executive to join our Kolkata team and navigate the rapid-paced world of project-based billing, vendor settlements, and high-volume operations.

Job Summary

- Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 per month
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Location: Kalighat, Kolkata, West Bengal (In-person)
- Schedule: Day shift

Key Responsibilities

As our Accounts Executive, you will manage the day-to-day financial operations and project accounting:

- Daily Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date daily financial records and ledger reconciliations.
- Transaction Management: Handle high-volume sales entries, purchase entries, and vendor invoicing.
- Project Costing: Track real-time project costs to ensure our event campaigns stay profitable.




- Documentation & Reporting: Utilize MS Office to prepare necessary financial reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
- Software Expertise:
- Tally Prime: Advanced proficiency (specifically in voucher entries, ledgers, and inventory management).
- MS Excel: Advanced skills (must be an expert with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data formatting).
- MS Office: Proficient in MS Word and MS PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.
- Experience: 13 years of core accounting experience (experience in the event, media, or project-based industries is a huge plus).
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain composure during peak event seasons.
