Responsibilities

- Keep the team abreast with changes in the relevant laws, guidelines, and regulations.

- To oversee implementation of RBI regulations for NBFCs & tracking new RBI regulations

- Ensure compliances of ongoing regulations

- Working knowledge of Compliance Risk Assessment and Compliance Testing

- Review of polices in terms of RBI regulations & ensure compliance of Digital lending guidelines

- Use digital equipment, software, and other tools to provide in-depth financial risk analysis to the business.

- Report to RBI on the against fraudulent financial activity along with RBI return filing.

What are we looking for in you?

- Bachelor's Degree or CS and Law

- Minimum of 2-3 years experience with Compliance Monitoring and its allied activities

- Demonstrated knowledge of regulations,



and best practices Excellent attention to detail

- Demonstrated ability to report and present findings

- Adapt with using software to analyze and gather data

- Positive communication skills, both written and verbal

- Good computer skills, including Excel
