Traveling between Kolkata and Durgapur to:
- Meet TPA officials
- Visit insurance company offices
- Coordinate with corporate organizations for claim settlement
- Resolve pending claim issues and expedite payments
- Maintaining claim documentation and settlement records
- Following up on outstanding payments and reconciliation
- Acting as the liaison between the hospital's billing department and external stakeholders
Preferred candidate profile
- Knowledge of health insurance, TPAs, and hospital billing
- Ability to travel frequently between Kolkata and Durgapur
- Positive communication ,negotiation and Follow-up skills
