Summary:

Sourcing & Procurement is the process of identifying, selecting, purchasing, and managing goods or services required by an organization from external vendors or suppliers. Sourcing focuses on finding the right suppliers, negotiating prices, conducting RFQ/RFP processes, and ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. Procurement involves the complete purchasing cycle, including Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), vendor coordination, invoice processing, and payment management.

Key Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain in managing PR to PO, PO amendments, PR creation.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Power BI, Oracle
- Any graduate

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end Supply Chain and Procurement Operations including PR Creation, PR to PO Conversion, PO Amendments, Goods Receipt (GR), and Invoice Receipt (IR) activities.
- Support Vendor Master Management activities including Vendor Onboarding, maintenance, updates, and compliance checks.
- Handle Contract Management activities including contract creation, review, MSA Management, amendments,



and Contract Renewals.
- Process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and ensure timely Purchase Order (PO) creation and execution in accordance with business requirements and SLAs.
- Manage Customer Queries and Vendor Queries through emails and calls while ensuring timely resolution and high Customer Satisfaction.
- Support DocuSign workflows for contract approvals, signatures, and document tracking.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and operational KPIs.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to Spend Analysis, Risk Analysis, Vendor Onboarding Trends, and Renewal Activities.
- Work on procurement and supply chain platforms such as SAP S4HANA, SAP SRM, SAP BAS, Oracle, and Power BI.
- Identify Process Improvement and Automation Opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and Delivery Excellence.
- Ensure Accuracy, Compliance, and timely completion of all procurement and supply chain activities.
- Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders, Suppliers, and Global Teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain SOP Documentation, support Audit Requirements, and ensure process adherence.
- Deliver exceptional Customer Service with a robust focus on Quality, Accuracy, and Continuous Improvement.
