Role: Talent Acquisition Associate

InsightsTap is looking for Talent Acquisition Associate who is passionate about recruitment and eager to build a career in Human Resources. You'll work closely with our hiring team and gain practical exposure to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing: Learn to actively find and attract top talent using major job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media platforms (LinkedIn), and internal databases.
- Screening: Conduct initial telephonic screening rounds to assess candidates communication skills, basic technical relevance, and cultural alignment with Insightstap.
- Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Onboarding Assistance: Assist the HR team in preparing offer letters, coordinating documentation, and welcoming current hires during their formal onboarding process.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the Candidate Tracker daily, ensuring accurate records of interview statuses, pipelines, and feedback.





What We Are Looking For

- Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related domain.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in regional languages is a plus).
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn, basic Google Workspace/MS Office (Excel, Word), and a quick learning curve for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Drive: An energetic professional who is goal-oriented, organized, and eager to hit learning milestones.
- Attitude: A strong team player with an analytical mindset and a high degree of confidentiality.

Must Have

- Excellent English writing and speaking skills (Non-negotiable)
- Proficient with MS office and Google workspace
