Looking for a seasoned Engineering Head with 25+ years of experience in engineering and manufacturing operations within the heavy engineering sector. Candidates with hands-on experience in railway coaches, wagons, cranes, bridges, or similar heavy engineering products will be given preference.

Key Requirements:

- 25+ years of experience in heavy engineering/manufacturing
- Strong expertise in production and manufacturing operations
- Experience in railway, coach, wagon, crane, or bridge manufacturing preferred
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities

2. Advisor - Container Manufacturing(Contract Basis)
Looking for a highly experienced professional with 20+ years of experience in the container manufacturing industry to serve as an Advisor. Retired professionals below 65 years of age with extensive industry expertise are encouraged to apply.

Key Requirements:

- 20+ years of experience in container manufacturing
- Strong technical and strategic advisory capabilities
- Experience in process improvement and manufacturing excellence
- Retired professionals (below 65 years) are welcome

3. Project Head - (Contract Basis)




Looking for an experienced Project Head with 20+ years of experience in managing large engineering and manufacturing projects. Candidates with expertise in manufacturing project execution, site management, and civil project handling will be preferred.

Key Requirements:

- 20+ years of project management experience
- Expertise in engineering/manufacturing project execution
- Experience in civil and industrial project management
- Solid planning, coordination, and execution skills

4. Design Head (Contract Basis)
Looking for a Design Head with 15+ years of experience in the heavy engineering sector. Candidates with expertise in the design and development of bridges, cranes, and other heavy engineering products will be preferred.

Key Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience in engineering design
- Experience in heavy engineering product design
- Expertise in bridge, crane, or structural engineering design preferred
- Strong knowledge of engineering standards, CAD tools, and design validation

Preferred candidate profile Retired General Manager, Executive Director, Director, or equivalent senior executive from leading EPC, Manufacturing companies/ PSUs, container manufacturing companies, wagon manufacturing, logistics organizations, shipping lines, ports, or related industries with a proven track record of developing and managing productions, maintenance & business operations.
