Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced O&M; Manager with a strong background in the Steel Industry. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Operations & Maintenance along with Business Development, including client management, tendering, and securing O&M; projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage O&M; projects in the Steel Industry.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for O&M; services.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and support tendering activities.




- Ensure successful execution of O&M; projects while meeting client expectations.
- Drive business growth and expand the O&M; project portfolio.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgical, or Industrial Engineering.
- MBA (Marketing/Operations) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in the Steel Industry.
- Mandatory experience in Operations & Maintenance, Business Development, tendering, and client management.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
