Responsibilities -

- Delivery & Operations:
- Manage full AP cycle including invoice validation and payment execution.
- Oversee highvolume retail vendor invoices.
- Support payment runs and closure entry.
- Team Leadership & People Management:
- Lead AP Analysts team.
- Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Primary contact for client finance and procurement.
- Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify improvement opportunities and support automation.

Skills & Experience -





- 5 to 11 Years of experience in PTP / Accounts Payable.
- General Finance
- End to End AP knowledge
- MS Office
- People & Team Leadership Skills
- Client & Stakeholder Interaction
- Governance, SLA & Performance Management
- Invoice turnaround time, Accuracy, Exception resolution, Ontime payments, Vendor satisfaction, People Management
- Functional Expertise:

- Solid AP knowledge.

- Retail Finance experience.

Soft Skills:

- Communication & stakeholder handling.

Technical Skills:

- MSD365 & ARIVA.
