Monitor admission, discharge and turnaround times to enhance service quality

Resolve patient grievances and handle in office escalations.

Coordinate and act as SPOC for all clinical operations and liaison with cross functional departments

Ensure completeness of clinical documentation as per NABH and JCI standards of care

Monitor clinical key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous operational improvement

Manage the departmental and shift rota of Jr docs and paramedical staff

Coordinate the maintenance of medical equipment and safety protocols

Support in recruitment, training and evaluation of the clinical staff
