- Role: Associate Outbound Voice with Cross selling, Lead Generation, Activation & Retention.

Note: This position is on-roll of HGS for a year. NO CONTRACTUAL

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Address inbound queries and provide accurate information about Banks services.
- Promote and sell banking products, primarily credit card services, insurance.
- Follow a consultative, customer-first sales approach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer databases and prepare regular sales reports.
- Share market feedback with the product and marketing teams.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Graduation (any stream) is mandatory.
- Age: 18 to 33 years
- Positive communication skills in English.
- Fresher and candidates with BPO/Tele-sales/Customer Service experience (minimum 6 months)

- Strong interpersonal skills and sales aptitude are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary:
- Fresher: 18,000/month fixed
- Experienced: 26,000/month
- Insurance exp: Budget 35,000/month(Thane)

Working Hours

- Monday to Saturday
- Shift Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
