Role & responsibilities

- Analysis & Design: Assist in performing structural analysis and engineering calculations for concrete, steel, and precast components using software like STAAD, MIDAS, or SAP2000.
- Drawing & Model Production: Collaborating with drafting and BIM teams to review and prepare General Arrangement Drawings (GADs), reinforcement detailing, and integrated Revit models.
- Geotechnical & Site Coordination: Interpret basic bore logs, assist with foundation recommendations, and review bar bending schedules (BBS) or Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all work aligns with design basis reports (DBR) and standards such as AASHTO LRFD, IRC, or IS codes.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree(preferred) in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Software Skills: structural analysis programs (STAAD/MIDAS/ETABS), Foundational knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
- Core Competencies: Robust understanding of engineering mechanics, structural behavior, and eagerness to learn under senior mentorship.
