- Scale customer acquisition across Web App
- Drive profitable growth across Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads, YouTube, DV360, and emerging channels
- Build a culture of experimentation through A/B testing, creative optimization, audience segmentation, and landing page improvements
- Partner with Product, Engineering, CRM, Analytics, and Design to improve the entire customer journey.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to unlock smarter targeting, faster optimization,



and better creative performance.

- Has 3 8 years of Performance Marketing experience in a high-growth consumer internet company
- Has scaled paid acquisition for apps or digital products
- Thinks beyond campaigns and understands business growth
- Loves data, experimentation, and solving customer problems
