Key Responsibilities:

- Perform independent in-depth reviews of significant risks and critical areas of audit engagements
- Ensure KAM-compliant audit documentation and engagement files
- Support and coach audit teams to enhance audit quality and consistency
- Drive efficiency in audit approach and execution
- Contribute to Q&R; initiatives including audit milestone monitoring, MIS reporting, standardization, specialist coordination, and audit quality projects

Key Skills Required:

- Strong experience in Statutory Audit
- In-depth knowledge of Indian Standards on Auditing (SAs) and Key Audit Matters (KAM)
- Experience in audit file reviews, risk assessment, and audit documentation
- Good understanding of Ind AS and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical, drafting, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Ideal Candidate:
CA professionals from Big 4 or reputed CA firms with solid statutory audit experience, preferably at Manager level with exposure to audit quality, methodology, or engagement reviews.
