Role & responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive showroom profitability through effective sales strategies.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the showroom team.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and premium shopping experience.
- Monitor daily sales, conversions, and KPIs.
- Manage staff attendance, scheduling, leave, and performance.
- Ensure visual merchandising and showroom standards are maintained.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and conduct stock audits.
- Minimize stock discrepancies and ensure asset security.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve escalations promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, Finance, and Brand teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
- Ensure proper opening and closing of the showroom and cash management.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA is an added advantage.
- 58 years of retail experience, with at least .
- Experience in luxury watches, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail preferred.
