- Develop and implement closing procedures, checklists, and quality control measures to streamline processes and minimize errors.

- Consistently identify and qualify leads in designated markets to achieve personal targets.

- Deliver sales numbers as per business plan, ensuring consistent completion of sales targets throughout the year.

- Actively follow through on potential customers based on their specific requirements.

- Provide support for query resolution during various stages of customer engagement until delivery.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet sales targets.





- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in managing and leading teams is an added advantage.

- Educational qualifications: B.Com, B.B.A/ B.M.S, MBA/PGDM.
