Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Candidate to join our real estate team. Possess strong sales acumen to drive revenue growth and foster client relationships within the real estate sector.

Qualifications Required:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the real estate or related industry.
- Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelors degree is Mandatory & Certificate of competency by RERA is added an advantage
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends, laws, and regulations in the region.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets and CRM software.
- Excellent time management. -Highly organized with strict adherence to deadlines. -

Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities,



and potential client needs.

2. Client Relationship Management

- Understand client requirements and provide suitable real estate solutions.
- Coordination with clients and developers management.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

3. Marketing and Promotion

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote properties and services.
- Utilize online and offline channels to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

4. Administrative and Reporting:

- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate property viewings, inspections, and closing activities.
