Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify current business opportunities through direct sales, field sales, or direct marketing efforts.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service by resolving client issues promptly and efficiently.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales performance.
Job Requirements :
- 0-8 years of experience in banking sales, insurance sales, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
